These are the terms for using Hotleads. By creating an account you agree to them. They are short on purpose. If you have a question, write to hello@hotleads.cx.
Early access
Hotleads is in early access. It is free while we are in early access, and some things will change, break or move as we build it.
Provided as is
We work hard to find real buyers, but we can't promise that any lead is accurate, current or will turn into a sale. Hotleads is provided as is, without warranties of any kind, and to the extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses that come from using it.
How you contact people
You decide whether and how to reach out to anyone you find on Hotleads, and you are responsible for it. When you do:
- Follow the rules of the platform where the person posted.
- Follow the law where you and they are, including rules on marketing messages and personal data.
- Don't spam. Reply to what the person asked, be honest about who you are, and stop if they ask you to.
We may suspend accounts that are used for spam, harassment or anything unlawful.
Your account
Keep your password to yourself and tell us if you think someone else is using your account. What you add to Hotleads, such as notes and saved contact details, stays yours. Our privacy page explains how we handle it.
Changes and ending early access
We may change these terms, change the service, or end early access. If we make a meaningful change, we will update this page and let you know by email. You can stop using Hotleads and ask us to delete your account at any time.
